• Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the service, perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, attempt unauthorized system intrusions, or use our monitoring nodes to spam target servers.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free & Premium Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Premium tier features include unlimited monitors, 1-minute check frequencies, and server agent metrics.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Google Play In-App Purchases or Razorpay).
• Cancellation: You may cancel or manage your paid subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings or app subscription manager.

4. Availability & Service Disclaimers

We strive to maintain maximum uptime and accurate monitoring data. However, UptimeBunny is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted notification delivery due to external network factors (e.g., recipient ISP blocks, push notification service outages).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UptimeBunny and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, missed alerts, data loss, or server interruptions.
